cPanel error: Warning! You are logged in with the reseller or root password

This notice is self-explanatory and prevents you from using cPanel's phpMyAdmin and Fantastico tools. The easiest way to resolve it is to log out and then log in as a regular user.

However, sometimes even when logged in with a regular account you may see this warning. Usually this means that the server's root password matches your password. In order to resolve it, simply change your cPanel password.

It is possible to use phpMyAdmin with the root account but for this purpose you will have to open it from cPanel's admin backend - WHM.
