If you are notified by our system that your domain name transfer has failed due to a wrong EPP code, you should contact your domain name's current registrar and ask them to generate a new EPP code for you.
Once you receive the new code you should open a ticket to support department and provide with the domain in question and its new EPP code.
Then we will apply the new EPP code for the domain transfer and restart the procedure.
